【Native (iOS/Android) Mobile Application Lead Engineer】
Minimum Qualifications:
– More than 3 years experience developing native mobile applications using native language (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android)
– Experience in package management (cocoapods, Carthage, Gradle etc.)
– Experience in the whole SDLC process (planning, creating, testing, deploy)
– Experience in writing Unit Tests
– Experience in leading development team of 3 members or more
– Able to facilitate active and productive discussion in English
– High motivation for team development
– High sense of ownership
– Willing to continuously learn new technologies and find ways to solve issues and requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in large scale B2C e-commerce or Fintech service development
– Experience in Agile development
– Experience in using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
– Experience in CI/CD (Bitrise, etc.)
– Experience in using analytics tools
– Experience in using mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
Languages:
– English (Fluent)
– Japanese (Conversational)
