【Backend Application Lead Engineer】 NO NEED JLPT VISA YES
Minimum Qualifications:
– More than 3 years experience developing backend applications using PHP framework (Laravel, CakePHP, etc.)
– Experience in database management (MySQL, etc.)
– Experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, Codebuild, Code deploy, etc.)
– Experience in system infrastructure on AWS, Azure, etc.
– Experience in leading development team of 3 members or more
– Experience in the whole SDLC process (planning, creating, testing, deploy)
– Experience in writing Unit Tests
– Able to facilitate active and productive discussion in English
– High motivation for team development
– High sense of ownership
– Willing to continuously learn new technologies and find ways to solve issues and requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in large scale B2C e-commerce or Fintech service development
– Experience in Agile development
– Experience in using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
– Experience in using analytics & BI tools
Languages:
– English (Fluent)
– Japanese (Conversational)

望ましい資格
– 大規模なB2CのEコマースまたはFintechサービスの開発経験

– アナリティクス＆BIツールの使用経験
